No Pension From March 2023: According to the instructions issued by the Defence Pension department and the meeting held in the office of CGDA on 22 Feb 23, approx 1,60,000 pensioners of three services have not uploaded their ‘Annual Identification/ Life Certificate’ (digital or manual) linked with Aadhaar on PCDA (SPARSH) portal till date.

Annual Identification/ Life Certificate (digital or manual) need to be uploaded at the earliest, failing which the monthly pension from the month of Mar 23 will not be credited in in their bank account by PCDA(P). So, no Pension from March 23 without Colmpletion of Identification on SPARSH or Mannual. Details are available in this letter.

NON SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL IDENTIFICATION/ LIFE CERTIFICATE BY PENSIONERS/ FAMILY PENSIONERS

1. A meeting was held in the office of CGDA on 22 Feb 23 chaired by FADS. It was highlighted that approx 1,60,000 pensioners of three services have not uploaded their ‘Annual Identification/ Life Certificate’ (digital or manual) linked with Aadhaar on PCDA (SPARSH) portal till date. Out of these, approx 4500 pensioners belong to IAF. Annual Identification/ Life Certificate (digital or manual) need to be uploaded at the earliest, failing which the monthly pension from the month of Mar 23 would cease – to be credited to their bank account by PCDA(P).
2. This Dte has been making all out efforts to help and sensitise the pensioners through their available contact details like emails, SMS and by hosting on DAV website to submit their annual identification/ life certificate (digital or manual) immediately so that they continue to receive their pension on time.
3. Soft copy of pensioners are sent to your official mail id afaheadoffice@gmail.com. In this context, it is requested to direct your branch offices to disseminate the above information under their AOR to sensitize the pensioners on the subject.
4. Your co-operation on the subject will go a long way to help out the pensioners.
